It's a beautiful but hot night for speed work! Summer running weather is definitely here.

 We had anticipated having to run on the campus roads tonight, but the special event on the track was "rained out" so we were able to use the track after all. Even better, the rain ended and the track dried off just in time for speed work. Here's what we did:

Congratulations to everyone who ran Bloomsday! If you're still recovering be sure to run shorter/more conservatively for speed work this week.

 Next week the track is in use, so we've planned a very special 4 x 1200 workout on the road behind Campus.  Meet on the road at the east end of the track.  It will be fun!  See you next week!
